Meet Avery Esteves,  Actor

Naturally gregarious and charismatic, Avery credits his reputation as class clown for his foray into acting. “My parents wanted to channel my energy,” says the 12-year-old whose journey into the world of acting began at the age of eight.  Avery’s early experiences as an actor have garnered him national and international commercial spots (Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Canada – Winter Olympics, Swiss Chalet, Dr. Dreadful, Rusty Rivets). His recent projects have positioned him as a supporting character in the feature horror film “A Wakefield Project” due out later this year, and as a co-host on the U.S. series “The Big Fun Crafty Show” (Universal Kids). Avery’s work in Second City’s improv program showcases his love for comedy and character development which parlayed into voice acting in animated series’. Avery is renowned for his voice talents and ability to embody a wide range of characters. Most recently, he earned a lead role on a hit animated series broadcast worldwide. He was thrilled to take home a “Joey” Award in Vancouver this past November. “The Last Wife” marked Avery’s first experience as a stage actor.  Join Carol and Andrew as they speak to Avery about everything from his favorite place to eat, to gaming, to why he treasures a special coin that’s brought him good luck.
